Treasure Hunt Sunday

We are two girls who love to drive around Cincinnati on random Sundays and look for things that we have never seen before. A gargoyle on a bootleg house, a building made of nothing but old black rocks, plaques that tell some story about a park no one knew about. There really is so much to see; you can go down the same street a million times and never notice something amazing that has been part of the landscape for years. Or, you can drive by a house that is so gutty, that even the toy trucks in the yard are on cinder blocks. (we've seen it, I swear). Every once in while we stumble across something so unique, beautiful, terrifying or shocking that we look at each other and just say wtf is that???

Cincinnati is more unique than an abandoned subway, weird signs growing out of trees and the walking tin man on I-75. Although, we love those things too. We are on a hunt to see something we haven't already stumbled upon and we will update our findings here. If you have something that you think is the city's best kept secret or something that you think no one has ever seen or heard of, let us know. We want in. We want to see all of it, creepy, pretty, gutty, whatever. We love it. It makes Cincinnati, Cincinnati.
